Description

Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets 500mg is a cephalosporin-class antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections. It is effective against urinary tract infections (UTIs), mild to moderate lower respiratory tract infections like bronchitis, severe infections such as pneumonia, pyelonephritis (kidney inflammation caused by bacteria), uncomplicated gonorrhoea (a sexually transmitted infection), and Lyme disease (transmitted through the bite of an infected black-legged tick).
